1. The dealer registers the retailer-applicant's mobile.
2. Loadcentral responds retailer registration success.
3. Retailer receives:
You are now a retailer of 639xxxxxxxxx, type - Changepw<space>123456<space><6-digit password>, send to LoadCentral access#. (2948)
Dealer receives:
LoadCentral: You have a new retailer registered under your account with ID 639xxxxxxxxx.
If a retailer tries to login to Loadcentral website rightaway, he will receive:
Invalid IP address or is not authorized. Please log in to an authorized workstation.
4. Retailer must change the default password 123456.
Changepw<space>123456<space><6-digit password> and SEND to 2948.
Retailer receives:
Your password has been successfully changed to <newpassword>.
Note: By changing this password, you have changed the FL (first-level) password only.
Webtool (SL - secondary level) password remains at default 123456.

SMS: FL password
5. Dealer should login to Loadcentral
- Click View All Retailers
- Click Get Detailed Info of the newly-registered retailer
- Go to Web IP Address and change from 0.0.0.0 to *.*.*.*
6. Retailer to send below command to Loadcentral gateway to be able to login to Loadcentral Central Inventory System
UNLOCK<space><newpassword>
7. Retailer should login to LC Webtool.
Username: 639xxxxxxxxx
Password: 123456 (default)
Note: If retailer logs in using FL password:
"Invalid SL password supplied"
8. Retail should change the SL password on first login.
Note: FL and SL should not be the same.
